The original SimCity, one of the seminal computer games of the late '80s and the Sim that launched Maxis, will fit over 1200 times onto the 2 CD's that SimCity 4 takes up.
If you're an original SimCity fan, by the way, you don't need a whole computer to play it anymore; it's available for the Palm OS.

I am so bad at those games. My cities end up burning or being polluted, my Sims die...I just suck at large-scale management.
It was fun turning Godzilla (i.e. "Bowser") loose on the development after I knew I'd lost, though.
Sweet! I love Sim City. Played the original on the old Mac laptop back in the day. I wish I still had the laptop so I could see how it ran compared to games today.
There's also a PocketPC version, though I can't suggest actually trying to play it.
My first copy came on a 720k floppy.
In 1989...
I think I still have it, too.
Oh, and I forgot about this - you can play the original for free on the interwebs.
